How Tropic Haven Adventures works
For guests
- Search. Pick your town — Kingston, Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Port Antonio, Treasure Beach and more — add your dates and number of guests.
- Book direct. Every listing is reviewed by our team and hosted by a local. You see the full price up front, with no hidden guest service fee.
- Pay securely. Pay in full by PayPal (any major card) or by NCB bank transfer / Lynk. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you get an invoice by email.
- Arrive and enjoy. Message your host through the site for check-in details, then live like a local.
For hosts
- Register free. One account for listing and booking.
- Add your listing. Photos, description, nightly price, amenities, house rules and availability calendar.
- Get approved. Our team reviews new listings within one business day.
- Receive bookings. Guests pay the site in full. We keep our commission and pay you out by NCB transfer or Lynk after check-in.
- Grow. Upgrade to Pro Host for featured placement at the top of search and the homepage.
Payments and payouts
Guests pay 100% at booking. Hosts are paid out manually by our team after the guest checks in, less our commission. See Pricing for the current rates and the Cancellation Policy for refunds.
