Cancellation Policy
Guest cancellations

| 14 or more days before check-in | Full refund, less any payment-processor fee |
| 7–13 days before check-in | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show | No refund |
Refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, within 10 business days of approval.
Host cancellations
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest receives a full refund and our team will help find an alternative stay. Hosts who cancel repeatedly may be removed from the Site.
Hurricanes and emergencies
If an official hurricane warning or a government travel restriction affects the property during the booked dates, guests may cancel for a full refund or move their dates without penalty.

Log in, open My Bookings, and choose cancel — or email hello@tropichavenadventures.com with your invoice number.
